How a Team Store Works

A private player-pay store that collects individual orders before one consolidated production run.

Contact our team to discuss your goals, apparel needs, timeline, and questions. We will gather everything needed to get started.

Design Development

Our designers create custom layouts from your ideas, colors, references, and branding. Design assistance and revisions are included.

Pricing

A 10% administrative fee covers transaction processing, store setup, and preparation of the consolidated team order.

Store Setup

We build the private team store with approved products, sizing options, and ordering details, then send a preview for approval.

Order Collection

Players place their individual orders and pay directly through the online store during the agreed ordering period.

Production & Delivery

After the store closes, orders move into production and are shipped together to one address. Individual shipping can be discussed.

How a Fan Store Works

A public supporter shop that makes approved team merchandise easy to purchase while generating proceeds for the team.

Tell us which approved designs and apparel types you would like to make available to your supporters.

No Reorder Minimum

Previously produced DH Ultimate designs can be offered without a minimum order, allowing supporters to order any quantity.

Approved team designs are prepared and featured as products in your supporter-facing fan store.

Pricing & Fundraising

Products use fixed pricing, and the team receives 20-25% of proceeds. Final proceeds are reported after the store closes.

Fan Store Setup

We create the store with product listings, sizing, and pricing, then send the team representative a preview for approval.

Order Collection

Supporters order and pay directly through the fan store during the designated sales period.

Production & Delivery

Orders are consolidated for production and bulk delivery. Direct shipping to individual supporters may also be arranged.
