| SEE SIZE CHART |The current lead time is around 5 weeks, but it is definitely flexible depending on when you’ll need the order. The lead time starts once DH has received the complete order form, downpayment, and final designs.
If you have a specific deadline and would like to receive your order in less than five weeks, please let us know ahead of time so that we can try to fit your order into our production schedule.
TOPS AND BOTTOMS
The minimum order for tops and bottoms is 10 pieces per design. You can mix different shirt types (tank tops, short sleeves, long sleeves, sun hoodies) in those 10 pieces.
CAPS
The minimum order for caps is 20 pieces. This is per design and per type of cap. If you can’t reach the 20-piece minimum for caps, you may order just 15 pieces, but DH will be charging an extra USD 2 surcharge per piece.
YOUR OWN DESIGN
Got your design file ready? Just transfer your design to DH's design templates. Send the design file back to us in Adobe Illustrator (AI) file, in CMYK color mode.
If you're not familiar with Adobe Illustrator, you can still send us your design file in any format and a DH rep will be in touch.

At DH, design assistance is FREE! Just send us your design ideas and we'd be happy to transform them into a digital design! Your preferences and style play a big part in achieving the look you want so it's best to share as much detail with us as possible.

Ideal for rush orders, reorders, and small quantity orders. Your team captain can conveniently organize all player information, sizes, and quantities in a single Excel file and send it back to us via email when ready. This method keeps things simple without any complicated steps.
| DOWNLOAD THE ORDER KIT |Perfect for collaborative ordering. Use the live Google Sheets form to let your team fill out their information directly. Once everyone’s done, share the link with us for processing. This uses the same format as the DH Excel Order Form, except that it is online and live.
| GET A COPY |Whenever you're ready, send your completed order form to us. You will get a confirmation email as soon as it is received. We will then review the order form and provide more information on how to proceed to the next steps of production.
FIRST UNITS
After we receive your order form, we will then proceed to the first unit printing. We will create one unit before proceeding with mass production to give you a clearer visualization of how the design will look once printed.
If any changes are needed after reviewing the first unit, we will provide a few options on how to proceed. If no changes are required, we will proceed with mass production.
MASS PRODUCTION
Mass production is the final stage, where all orders will be printed, sewn, and undergo quality checking to ensure everything meets the required standards.
Once mass production is underway, no more changes can be made to your order.
As soon as your order has been shipped, DH will send you an email with the tracking details, along with the warranty information. We will replace or refund any items with printing or sewing defects, provided the issues are reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
